Easy Healthy Baked Chicken Parmesan Recipes

A quick meal utilizing high-quality bottled marinara and frozen breaded chicken breasts. Everyone enjoys saving time! Bake in the oven or in an air fryer.

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 pieces frozen breaded chicken *see notes for brands I like
  • 1 jar marinara’s I like Rao’s brand
  • 1-2 cups shredded mozarella cheese

Instructions:

Step No.01

Cook chicken pieces according to package directions in either the oven or the air fryer. Tip: If using an oven, use convection setting to get extra crispy pieces.

Step No.02

When the chicken is thoroughly cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with about 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella and a couple spoonfuls of marinara. Depending on the size of your chicken pieces, this could range from 2-4 teaspoons.

Step No.03

Add an additional 2 tablespoons cheese, or more if desired.

Step No.04

Return pan to oven for 1-2 minutes, or until sauce is heated through and cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
