Easy Grilled Chicken Kabobs

In less than 15 minutes, light up the grill and savor these succulent chicken kabobs! Fresh vegetables and tender marinated chicken combine to create the ideal summer meal that has lots of flavor and a stunning display.

Ingredients:

  • For The Kabobs.
  • 1 pound chicken breast trimmed and cut into 1 ¼-inch cubes
    1 small red onion cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 medium bell peppers any color, cut into 1-inch pieces
    For The Marinade:
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon paprika
    ½ teaspoon coriander
    Salt and black peppe

Instructions:

Mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, coriander, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
