These fluffernutter brownies have been popular for more than a decade. When I was a kid, my school held an annual charity festival with bake sales, music, games, and other enjoyable events organized by the students. Every year, I donated to the bake sale. Fluffernutter brownies were consistently the first to sell out, and they became my signature recipe. I’ve been making them ever since.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped, or semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 large eggs
- 2/3 cup (133g) granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup (160g) packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups (150g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- Pinch salt
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions:
Step No.01
Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
Spray an 8×8-inch square pan with baking spray and line it with parchment paper.
Step No.02
To melt the butter and chocolate, heat in a small microwave-safe bowl for 20 seconds at a time, stirring until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
Step No.03
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk until pale and frothy, about 4 minutes. Alternatively, you can use an electric beater to beat the meat for about 2 minutes at medium speed.
