These air fryer chicken fajitas, perfectly cooked in 20 minutes and overflowing with flavor, are the ideal weekday dinner.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1⁄2-inch-thick strips
- 2 medium bell peppers (any colour) sliced into 1⁄2-inch-thick slices
- 1 red onion sliced into 1⁄2-inch-thick slices
- 1 large zucchini sliced into 1⁄2-inch-thick slices
- 3 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 lime
Fajita Seasoning:
- ½ tablespoon chili powder
- ½ tablespoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For Serving:
- 6-inch tortillas
- guacamole
- salsa
- cilantro finely chopped
- cooked quinoa
- romaine lettuce
Instructions:
Step No.01
Place the crisper plate in the COSORI Air Fryer basket. Choose the Preheat function and tap Start/Pause.
Step No.02
Toss the chicken, bell peppers, onion, zucchini, fajita seasoning, and oil in a basin until combined.
Step No.03
Place the mixture on a warmed crisper plate.
Step No.04
To utilize the Air Fry function, set the temperature to 400°F and time to 17 minutes. Then tap Start/Pause.

Stir the chicken and vegetables halfway through cooking.
