Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 halibut fish fillets I get my organic halibut fish at Organic Ocean.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp garlic clove – minced
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary for garnish
Instructions:
Step No.01
Warm up the olive oil in a big skillet over medium-high heat. After using a paper towel to pat the halibut fish dry, season it all over with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Step No.02
Transfer the filets of halibut to a large (10-inch) cast-iron skillet and set over medium heat. Fry fish for three to four minutes. Cook the opposite side of your fish fillets by flipping them over. When the fish is cooked, set it aside.
Step No.03
Add butter to the skillet and turn the heat down to low. Add the garlic once it has melted. Simmer for 30 seconds to a minute. Take care to prevent burning the garlic.
Step No.04
Return the fish to the pan gently. Before serving, ladle some of the remaining butter sauce from the skillet over the halibut fillets. Arugula fresh is a great garnish.
