Healthy Cheese burger Pasta

The kids give the Cheeseburger Pasta five stars for taste, while the parents give it five stars for ease of preparation from scratch! This recipe is a keeper because it just requires one skillet and is loaded with flavorful pasta, two types of cheese, and tender ground beef!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 16 ounces pasta, (uncooked)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions:

Step No.01

Cook pasta according to package directions until it’s al dente.

Step No.02

Brown the hamburger meat in a big skillet, breaking it up as it cooks, while the pasta cooks. After it’s finished, remove any leftover fat and put the meat back in the skillet.

Step No.03

Stir the melted and well-combined cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, and salt) into the meat mixture.

Step No.04

Stirring constantly, gradually pour in the milk to create a sauce.

Step No.05

Coat the cooked pasta by adding it to the sauce and stirring. Serve right away. Have fun!
